- Where is my load?
- Send the pickup reference and the pickup date. You get the last confirmed location, the current plan and any exception we already know about.
- I need the POD
- Delivery paperwork is scanned the same business day. Ask by load or by invoice number and it comes back attached.
- The dock held my driver
- Detention is written down at the dock while it is happening, so the line on the invoice matches what your receiver saw.
